Members will have read in the press overnight about the release on bail of the two officers from the Hebei Spirit. Attached, for your information, are copies of press releases, one from various industry organisations and the other from the ICS.
We will continue to work for a satisfactory outcome of the appeal to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Korea.
